Terms and conditions

These conditions apply to every treatment, offer and transaction between Elada Spa and a customer.

Performents 

 

Elada Spa will carry out the treatments to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship.

 

The customer ensures that all data that may be important for a proper execution of the treatment is passed on to the

Spa in a timely manner.

 

The spa therapist of Elada Spa is not liable for damage of any kind, arising as a result of the incorrect and / or incomplete information provided by the customer. 

 

The spa therapist will inform the customer about the financial consequences for changing a treatment.

 

Commitments 

 

If the customer is running late he / she is expected to report this to the Spa as soon as possible, but no later than 2 hours before the appointment.

 

If the customer arrives 5-15 minutes later than agreed in the Spa, the Spa may shorten the lost time on the treatment and still charge the full amount to the customer.

 

If the customer arrives 15-30 minutes without notification later than the agreed time in the salon, the Spa may cancel the appointment.

If Elada Spa is unable to perform treatments due to an emergency it must be reported to the customer shortly, but no later

than 2 hours before the appointment.

 

Personal information & Privacy

 

The client provides the Spa with the first treatment of all data, which the Spa indicates are necessary or of which the customer should understand that these are necessary for the careful execution of the treatment.

 

The Spa records the personal details of the customer and processes them into a customer base. 

 

Elada Spa will not sell or rent the customer's data to third parties without the prior written consent of the customer.

 

Information from the customer counts as trusted if this is told by the customer.

 

The confidentiality will lapse if, on the basis of a statutory provision or a court decision, the Spa is obliged to provide the confidential information to third parties.

 

The spa therapist is obliged to keep confidential all confidential information that the client has communicated during the treatment.

 

Payments

 

Elada Spa shows all prices of the treatments and products visible in the salon.

 

The prices are in aruban guilder

 

All prices include 2% health tax and including 1.5% bbo.

 

Offers are valid in the specified term and / or while stocks last.

 

The customer must pay the payment of the treatment and any products in cash immediately at the end of the treatment.  

 

Behaviour

 

The customer must behave in the Spa according to generally accepted standards. .

 

If the customer continues to exhibit inappropriate behavior after repeated warnings, Elada Spa has the right to refuse the customer access to the Spa.

 

Complaints

 

If a customer has a complaint about the treatment and / or products, the complaint must be reported in writing as soon as possible, but within 2 weeks after discovery.

 

Elada Spa should respond within 5 days to the indicated complaint from the customer.

 

If a complaint about the treatment is well-founded, Elada Spa will perform the treatment again without charging any costs. This has been made known by the customer in writing.

 

The beauty salon gives the customer a week (7 days) guarantee on the treatment and / or products.
